When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect the details you type into it:

• Your name and the name of your business
• Your email address and phone number
• Your answers about what you would like to fix, your sector, the size of your team and your timescale
• Anything else you choose to write in the free text box

If you email us or call us instead, we hold whatever you send us in that message.

To answer your enquiry, to prepare for the call that follows, and to keep a record of who we have spoken to and what was discussed. If you become a client, we hold the same details to deliver the work and to invoice you.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services, and where you go on to work with us, the performance of our contract with you.

Only the services we use to run the business. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

• Cloudflare hosts our enquiry form and passes your submission to us.
• Resend delivers the resulting email to our inbox and your confirmation to you.
• Cubezone hosts our website and our email.

Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions. Some of them handle data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

If you enquire and we do not end up working together, we keep your details for two years and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep our records for seven years after the work ends, because tax law requires it.

Our enquiry form does not set any cookies and does not track you. Our website uses only the cookies needed to make it work.
