Thirty minutes on the phone, free. You tell us how work arrives and where the day goes. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll say so and you’ve lost half an hour.

A day inside your business
We come to you for a working day. Not to present slides. To watch how the work actually gets done.
Your people and processes
We meet the people who do the work, not just the people who sign things off. We ask your managers where their week goes, and your team what eats their day. The same information typed in twice. The report that takes an afternoon. The handover that gets missed. Then we look at the software you already pay for, how much of it you actually use, and whether any of it talks to the rest.
Your customer journey
We follow the route a customer takes from the first call or form to the moment they buy. Where does it stall? What do you wish you’d asked them at the start? How long before someone gets back to them? Usually the answer isn’t more software. It’s taking the friction out, capturing better information sooner, and joining up what you already own.

The report
Then we go away and write it up. What we found, what we’d recommend, and the hours it would give back to your team each month. Costs included, in writing. It’s yours to keep whatever you decide to do next.

We build it, then we keep it running
If you go ahead, we build what we recommended. Everything is set up in your name, so you own it outright from day one.
Most clients then keep us on a monthly retainer. We monitor it, fix it when something changes, and keep improving it, because a business doesn’t stand still and neither should the thing running inside it.
You’re not tied to that. If you’d rather take it in-house, we’ll hand it over complete and show your key person how to run it. It stays yours either way. We’d just say this: these systems need someone watching them, so make sure that someone exists.
